ReVenture Systems Terms of Service

1. Use of Our Services

You may use ReVenture Systems for:

• Website browsing
• Learning about our AI integration, automation, and consulting services
• Communicating with our team or AI agents
• Purchasing or subscribing to services
• Engaging our team for custom AI agent builds, automations, or infrastructure work

You agree not to use the website or services for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or to opt in to receive communications from ReVenture Systems. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

2. Client Responsibilities

When engaging ReVenture, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your business needs, systems, and data
• Supply any files, documents, or credentials required to perform services
• Maintain the security of your systems and access credentials outside ReVenture's control
• Comply with all applicable laws and industry regulations
• Not misuse AI agents or automation tools in ways that violate rights or cause harm

Clients remain responsible for the lawful basis of any customer data they share.

3. Scope of Services

ReVenture Systems provides:

• AI integration
• AI workflow and automation builds
• AI agent design, deployment, and optimization
• Data infrastructure consulting
• Cybersecurity oversight and best practices
• Ongoing support and maintenance for monthly clients

The exact services and deliverables are defined in your signed proposal or contract.

We reserve the right to modify, improve, or discontinue any service offerings as needed.

4. AI Systems and Limitations

ReVenture builds and deploys AI tools that assist with tasks such as:

• Customer service
• Sales engagement
• Data processing
• Workflow automation
• Knowledge base augmentation

AI systems have limitations and should be used with human oversight.

You understand that:

• AI output may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete
• You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated actions or content before relying on them
• AI agents cannot make autonomous legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions

ReVenture Systems is not liable for harm caused by misuse or unsupervised use of AI systems.

5. Security and Data Protection

ReVenture follows best practices in cybersecurity including:

• Encryption
• Zero trust architecture
• Access control
• Continuous monitoring
• Confidentiality agreements with partners

However, no system is fully immune to vulnerabilities. By using our services, you acknowledge:

• You share data at your own risk
• ReVenture cannot guarantee absolute security of transmissions
• ReVenture is not responsible for breaches caused by client-side systems or third-party platforms outside our control

6. SMS Communications

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from ReVenture Systems. These messages may include appointment reminders, service notifications, account updates, support responses, and occasional marketing or promotional messages related to our AI and automation services. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.

You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from that program unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP or contact us using the information below.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Payment Terms

Unless stated otherwise in your proposal or contract:

• Project-based services require upfront or milestone payments
• Monthly recurring services are billed each month until canceled
• Invoices are due upon receipt unless other terms are agreed
• Late payments may delay work or result in suspension of services

All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed in writing.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Client IP

Any data, documents, knowledge base content, or proprietary information you provide remains yours. ReVenture does not claim ownership.

8.2 ReVenture IP

ReVenture retains ownership of:

• Frameworks
• Templates
• Internal tools
• AI logic and system architectures
• Proprietary automations
• Any improvements or innovations developed through our work

Unless otherwise agreed, you receive a license to use delivered AI agents and automations for your internal business operations.

8.3 Joint Development

If an engagement results in co-developed IP, a separate agreement will define ownership and licensing.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat each other's confidential information with the same care they use to protect their own.

Confidential information includes but is not limited to:

• Business strategies
• Technical information
• Customer lists
• Proprietary data
• Project details
• System credentials

Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the agreement.

10. Third Party Services

ReVenture may integrate or rely on third-party platforms including but not limited to:

• AWS
• Wyra
• GoHighLevel
• n8n
• OpenAI
• Zapier
• Pinecone
• ElevenLabs
• Google Cloud

Each third party has its own terms and privacy rules.

ReVenture is not responsible for outages, limitations, policy changes, or damages caused by these external platforms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

ReVenture provides all services "as is" and "as available."

We disclaim all warranties including:

• Accuracy
• Reliability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of AI systems.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReVenture Systems is not liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Loss of profits
• Loss of data
• Business interruption
• Errors made by third-party systems or AI tools

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the twelve months prior to a claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to protect and indemnify ReVenture from claims arising from:

• Your misuse of AI agents or data
• Sharing unlawful or unauthorized data
• Violations of law or third-party rights
• Security breaches originating from client-side systems

14. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice according to contract terms.

Upon termination:

• Access to AI systems delivered by ReVenture may be revoked if payment is incomplete
• Confidentiality obligations continue
• Any outstanding payments remain due

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The updated version will appear on this page with the revised effective date.

Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts unless otherwise specified in a written contract.
