Founder & CEO
Joshua May founded ReVenture in 2013 and leads it as a Massachusetts Public Benefit Corporation building governed, secure, and sustainable AI operations. He is also cofounder of New Paradigm Energy, an intelligent decentralized energy infrastructure company. A US Army veteran and former Army National Guard officer, Joshua serves on the Board of Advisors of The Institute for Public Policy and Diplomacy Research. His work has been recognized with The President's Lifetime Achievement Award for Humanitarian Leadership and The Climate Reality Project's Green Ring Award.

For more than two decades I’ve founded and led companies, nonprofits, and cross-sector initiatives at the intersection of clean energy, sustainability, and resilient infrastructure. What connects all of it is the same conviction: systems thinking paired with execution. Real problems, solved practically, in ways that hold up over time.
ReVenture exists because most of what is sold as “AI” today is a demo, not infrastructure. Growing organizations deserve the same operational discipline that the largest institutions rely on — AI that improves efficiency, strengthens operations, and supports responsible growth, with governance and security written in from day one.
We organized as a Public Benefit Corporation so this discipline is not a marketing claim; it is written into the legal foundation of the company. Responsible AI, Secure AI, and Sustainable AI are our charter — not a tagline.
